I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and follow strict data protection practices. I work securely within your cloud-based systems wherever possible and use a secure password manager to protect login credentials.

Yes. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and subscribe to the DBS Update Service, which allows my DBS status to be kept up to date and verified online.

My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
If you have an urgent request outside of these hours, please let me know as far in advance as possible. I'll always do my best to help, although out-of-hours work may incur an additional fee.
