I'll work in the way that suits you and your business best. Most clients send work by email or share access to their existing cloud-based systems, while others prefer to communicate by WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

No. Although I'm based in West Sussex, I work remotely with clients across the UK.
Working virtually means I can support businesses wherever they're based, while still offering a personal and responsive service.

Confidentiality and data security are extremely important to me.
I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and follow strict data protection practices. I work securely within your cloud-based systems wherever possible and use a secure password manager to protect login credentials.

My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
If you have an urgent request outside of these hours, please let me know as far in advance as possible. I'll always do my best to help, although out-of-hours work may incur an additional fee.
