Hi, I’m Lucia, founder of Admin By Lucia.I've always been someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workloads, whether that's coordinating events, organising complex schedules or making sure the little details don't get overlooked.

Before starting Admin By Lucia, I spent many years working as a Personal Assistant within music administration, as well as in event management. Together, these roles saw me supporting busy teams, organising concerts, coordinating travel and managing complex projects. They taught me the value of being organised, adaptable and dependable – qualities I bring to every client I work with today.

After many years in those roles, I realised the part I enjoyed most was helping other people feel more organised and in control. Starting Admin By Lucia gave me the opportunity to do exactly that while working with a wider variety of businesses and creative professionals.

Today, I work with musicians, artists, photographers, charities, creative businesses and independent professionals who are looking for reliable administrative support. Every client is different, so I take the time to understand how you work and provide support that's tailored to your business.

Outside of work, I'm a keen wildlife photographer, jewellery maker and allotment gardener. Running my own creative projects gives me a real appreciation of the time, energy and organisation that goes into building a business, which is why I enjoy helping others reclaim their time and focus on the work they love.
